Our Commitment

At KoolKeys, we stand behind the quality of every product we deliver. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to fix it—quickly and hassle-free.


Replacement Policy

We offer FREE replacements in the following cases:

  • Product arrived damaged or broken during transit
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., button not working, faulty mechanism)
  • Missing parts or accessories

Important:
To claim a replacement, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • An unboxing video OR
  • Clear photos showing the issue

This helps us verify and process your request faster.


How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact us at support@stresskey.shop
  2. Share your Order ID, issue photos/video, and a short description
  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  4. Once approved, your replacement will be shipped at no extra cost

Replacement Timeline

  • Dispatch: 2–3 business days after approval
  • Delivery: As per standard shipping timelines

Refund Policy

KoolKeys follows a replacement-first policy.

We do not offer refunds by default. However, a refund will be provided if:

  • Replacement is not possible (e.g., item out of stock)

You can choose:

  • Refund to original payment method
  • OR store credit

Refund Processing Time:
5–7 business days after approval (depending on your bank/payment provider)


Non-Eligible Cases

Replacements/refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor color differences due to screen display
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Requests raised after 48 hours without valid reason
  • Product used, altered, or not in original condition

Unboxing Video — Why It Matters

We highly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your order.

This is the fastest way to verify claims. Without proof, the process may take longer as we’ll need to investigate with the courier partner.


COD Order Policy

  • If a COD order is refused without valid reason, return shipping charges may apply on future orders
  • Repeated refusals may lead to COD being disabled

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet.

Refund Terms:

  • Prepaid Orders: Full refund within 5–7 business days
  • COD Orders: Cancelled at no charge

Note:
Any partial payment (₹50–₹100) made to confirm COD orders is non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled before dispatch.


After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • You may refuse delivery, and the order will return to us

Refund (for prepaid orders):
Processed after we receive the product back (minus return shipping charges, if applicable)


Auto-Cancellation

Orders may be automatically cancelled if:

  • Delivery location is unserviceable
  • Payment verification fails
  • Product goes out of stock

In such cases, prepaid orders will receive a full automatic refund
